In 2015 Australia’s largest oil & gas producer scrapped $165 million worth of inventory. We were tasked with solving the problem.
Lacking a central database for users to search owned inventory across numerous vendors, many of these items had simply been left in storage for years — eventually becoming obsolete.
In 2016 we were approached by R&D Solutions to work with key stakeholders at Woodside to develop a solution to their inventory management problem.
For each phase of development I was responsible for liaising with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, capturing functional specifics, documenting user acceptance criteria, designing user flows, wireframes, UI/UX, managing developers, user acceptance testing and running training workshops.
